1. Cancellation and Order Changes
1.1 Once you have placed an order, you may cancel or amend it by emailing support@brenda-jewelry.com.
1.2 Once an order has been packed for dispatch, we are unable to cancel or change it. Please wait to receive the item and follow the return process below.
1.3 We recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing an order if you wish to cancel, as orders are processed and dispatched quickly.
2. Returns and Refunds
2.1 This Return Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions governing your use of our website.
2.2 We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
2.3 Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
2.4 We process your refund once we've received and inspected the returned item.
2.5 Items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
2.6 Once approved, we'll email you to confirm, and your refund will be issued to your original payment method shortly afterward.
2.7 A cancellation is only considered complete once we have physically received the returned item.
